The deadline for the Employer to process your retroactive pay was May 12, 2018 and has now passed. If you have not received your retroactive pay, you should immediately fill out a Phoenix Feedback Form, contact your Employer’s Human Resources Department, and contact our dedicated PIPSC Phoenix staff about filing a grievance.

Your Bargaining Team continues to work with the Employer on implementing the new Collective Agreement and will continue to keep the members informed of any developments as they occur.
22 January 2018
At long last the Collective Agreement has been signed by all parties. The Agreement was signed January 12, 2018 covering the period of November 1, 2014 to October 31, 2018.
21 December 2017
On December 15, 2017 the Collective Agreement was approved by the Governor General in Council. All parties have now approved the Agreement and will be scheduling a date for signing early in the new year.

As you are aware, your Bargaining Team worked diligently to reach a Tentative Agreement in renewal of your Collective Agreement on June 9, 2017. This Tentative Agreement was then ratified by the membership in July.
11 July 2017
The results are in - the Tentative Agreement reached between the PIPSC - NEB Group bargaining team and the Employer was ratified by the membership. Over 240 members participated in the vote, with a result of 97.9% in favour.
